I realized in my order yesterday there was NO catalog. I have not received a catalog since the first of December. I called costumer service and was told that my lack of getting a catalog was their fault. She would make sure one was sent out to me ASAP. Great SERVICE!

Yes, they always seem very patient--Spending time looking up replacement items and exchanging damaged items. One of the best catalog companies I've ordered from!
